Japara Healthcare – Homestead (SA)
Description: NCS acted as Project Manager and Superintendent for Japara Healthcare’s Significant Refurbishment Programme. Works involved the extension of 59 windows to allow more natural light into and views out of the residents’ private bedrooms. Works also included upgrades to the ensuites and extensive upgrades to common areas throughout the facility.

Description: NCS was engaged to undertake a feasibility study for upgrades to the ground floor lobby area of the Origin Energy Melbourne office, in response to an increased need to make the space more inviting and welcoming.

Origin Energy - Melbourne and Adelaide
Description: NCS undertook project management and building electrical and Main Comms Room (MCR) upgrade for Origin Energy in Victoria and Electrical Upgrade including Generator load shedding in South Australia. The projects included project and detailed programme management required for full electrical shutdowns required to achieve the upgrades while minimising any disruption to business operations and mitigating the risks identified with such ICT sensitive projects.

Court Services Victoria (CSV) – William Cooper Justice Centre
Description: NCS provided Project Management services to CSV on their William Cooper Justice Centre office. The works involved the refurbishment of three levels to achieve greater workstation numbers, increased storage capacity and brand-new breakout spaces. NCS managed the project from the early stages of design through to completion on behalf of Court Services Victoria.

Court Services Victoria – Coroner’s Court of Australia
Description: NCS were the Project Manager for the fit-out and office reconfiguration of the existing office space at the Coroners Court office in Victoria. The project focus was in response to the increase in staff numbers and in order to obtain a higher utilisation of the current floor space. The role included ascertaining and writing the client brief, Project Management of the overall design to meet client brief and BCA compliance requirements, preparation of the overall project budget and programme and management through construction.

Banyule Community Health
Description: NCS were the Client Representative and Project Manager for the construction of an extension and office Fitout to accommodate growing staff profile and additional health services at the Banyule Community Health, funded by the Commonwealth, University of Melbourne and Banyule Community Health.
This project was the outcome of a successful application for a federal grant for the Banyule community health services. Our services included liaising with the Department of Health including the preparation of the required reports for the project.

Western Health - The Ursula Frayne Mental Health Centre
Description: The project included converting the former child psychiatric unit into a new adult inpatient unit with 4 High Dependency Unit (HDU) / Psychiatric Assessment and Planning Unit (PAPU) beds and 12 beds in the Low Dependency Unit (LDU) resulting in a total of 16-bed adult facility. Our involvement on this project was part of our work within Western Health and acting as the Project Manager for the project from the early design phases all the way through completion and commissioning.
