  • Origin Exhibition Street – Minor Works

    Description: NCS continues to provide ongoing Project Management services relating to minor works at the Origin office in Melbourne’s CBD.  This includes a wide range of projects such as acoustic treatments, lighting upgrades, vertical garden upgrade, fitouts and more.

  • Origin Exhibition Street – New Ways of Working



    Description: NCS are providing project management services for an exciting pilot project at Origin’s Melbourne CBD office, which will test  new ways of working for staff members in the Call Centre, in order to achieve an increase in floor space usage from 66% to 90%, to allow the staff to utilise spaces in multiple configurations and different usages.

  • Japara Healthcare – Goonawarra and Roccoco

    Description:  NCS is managing these projects as a part of the Japara Healthcare Significant Refurbishment Programme and include significant amenity upgrades, new kitchens, hard and soft landscaping, structural redesign of the inter-building connection ramp as well as mechanical improvements throughout. Works are due to be completed by October 2018.

    NCS role: Project Manager and Superintendent

  • Japara Healthcare – Springvale, Scottvale, Hallam and View Hills

    Description:  Construction works aim to improve the standard of living for residents and includes upgrades to the rooms, ensuites and other common areas, kitchen redesign, landscaping and building expansions and are a part of NCS’s management of the Significant Refurbishment Programme. Estimated Practical Completion dates are targeted January 2019.

    Description:  A part of the Significant Refurbishment Programme roll-out, this project aims to improve the standards of living for residents and includes upgrades to the rooms, ensuites and other common areas, kitchen redesign, landscaping and building expansions.
